The Cabarrus-Rowan Metropolitan Planning Organization (CR MPO) has published for public review the FY 2026-2035 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) local input point assignments or TIP priorities, which is a list of unfunded or incomplete transportation projects in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties. The TIP covers a 10 year period and is the primary construction program for all state and federally funded transportation projects across the state. The point assingments can be found at this link.
