The Cabarrus-Rowan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) has published the 2055 MTP DRAFT List of Projects for public comment. The List of Projects is based on reasonable revenues and updated cost estimates to the recently released 2026-2035 DRAFT State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
